HIPAA and FERPA Compliance

We do not store any information that is put into our smart templates and tools. We have no database for storage of information and therefore, we do not have access to any information that is placed into the smart templates and tools. This means that client or student data that is placed within our smart templates or tools while you are utilizing our services is protected and inaccessible after leaving or closing the individual smart template and tool pages. Likewise, individuals utilizing our services should be advised that they cannot recover information that was previously input.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name and email address. Providing this information is essential for account creation, members are not required to enter any other information. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Your Personal Information is different than the information you input into the smart templates and tools about an examinee. The information you put into the smart templates and tools is not collected and is wiped after moving from the page. Therefore, it is not accessible by our team or anyone else since we do not have a database to collect this information. Your personal information is the name and email that is provided upon registration. We DO NOT sell user information.

Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information for the purpose of account creation, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions. This information pertains to member accounts created on the site.
